A-C Equipment Services’ full line of standard rotary kiln and digester components and parts are a quick and economical way to keep your equipment running smoothly.
Routine kiln maintenance requires quick access to parts and components. Our in-house fabrication capabilities and in-depth operation knowledge allows us to provide made-to-order replacement kiln parts that require little or no modifications.
In addition to kiln shells, A-C Equipment can provide carrying and thrust rollers, rings, gearing, bearings and seals quickly, regardless of the original equipment manufacturer. Many of our standard kiln parts are manufactured at our 34,000 sq. ft. facility that features state-of-the-art specialized plate cutting equipment and one of the world's largest plate bending rolls. Our high quality welding processes also guarantee a final product that is fabricated to your exact specifications.
Installation
Our crews are available for parts installation projects anywhere within the United States. Our specialized trucks bring all of the necessary tools, rigging and technologies needed to get your operation up and running, regardless of location or equipment manufacturer.
