Our 34,000 sq. ft. facility is purpose-built for the fabrication of kiln, mill, and digester shells. It is equipped with:

  • Two 50-short-ton overhead cranes

  • One 30-short-ton crane

  • Advanced plate cutting systems, including flame cutting

  • One of the world’s largest plate-bending rolls

  • Submerged arc welding capabilities for high-quality, consistent welds
