3. Contact and contact forms
You can send us a request using the email addresses provided or our contact forms. We will save the personal data made available to us in this connection (e.g. first name, last name, email, street, zip code, city, phone number and subject matter) to process your request. We will forward your personal data to recipients where this is necessary to deal with your request. We will delete all data in this connection once their storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if data are subject to statutory retention requirements.
The legal basis for processing your personal data depends on your request and may result from a contract with you (§ 6 (1) S. 1 lit. b GDPR), your consent (§ 6 (1) S. 1 lit. a GDPR) or for the purposes of our legitimate interests (§ 6 (1) S. 1 lit. f GDPR) in offering you a good service.
We will process your data – if processing is based on your consent – until you revoke your consent or – if processing is based on the pursuit of legitimate interests – until you object to this, or for the purpose of your request until it has been dealt with. It is not possible to process your request unless you provide the data required for us to contact you and understand and process your request. All further data are provided on a voluntary basis. 4. Collection of personal data when visiting our website
When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. without registering or providing any other information, we collect only the personal data that your browser transmits to our servers. These data with full, possibly personal IP addresses, saved by us for reasons of technical security, in particular to defend against attempted attacks on our web server, will be anonymized/erased at the latest after 7 days.
5. Convenience functions
To ensure our website is displayed optimally (e.g. adjustment to different monitor screen sizes, drop-down menu, input control for contact form) we use languages such as JavaScript and CSS (cascading style sheets). You can use corresponding settings on your browser to deactivate the use of these languages. However this may render parts of our website unusable.
6. Social Media
At various points of our website we provide links to social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, marked with the logos of the social media providers for easy identification. Using our website does not send any personal data to the providers of these social media platforms. Only when you click on one of the links will you be taken to the respective social media website, at which point personal data will be transmitted to the provider. As a result, you leave our website and we have no influence over the data collected or the way they are processed, nor are we aware of the scope and purpose of data collection and the duration of their storage.

In addition the data listed in the section “Collection of personal data when visiting our website” of this privacy statement will be transmitted. 7. Integration of Google Maps
We use Google Maps in the “Contact” section of our website. This enables us to provide a convenient, interactive map directly in the website for your use (§ 6 (1) S. 1 lit. f GDPR forms the legal basis for this).

The data stated under the “Collection of personal data” section of this privacy statement are also transmitted. This occurs irrespective of whether or not you have a Google user account and you are logged in. If you are logged in with Google, your data will be linked directly to your account. 8. Content Delivery Networks
This internet site uses Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) to improve the performance of content provision (§ 6 (1) S. 1 lit. f GDPR forms the legal basis for this). CDNs enable common JavaScript libraries and font types to be loaded more quickly as the files used are transferred from quick, local or underutilized servers. 11. LinkedIn Insight Tag
Our website uses the marketing functions (so-called “LinkedIn Insight Tag”) offered by the LinkedIn network.

12. Facebook Custom Audiences
We use Facebook Website Custom Audiences on our website and have integrated the so-called Facebook Pixel into our site.
This is a JavaScript code which stores non-personal data about website use including your IP address, the browser used and the starting and target page. This information is transmitted to Facebook servers in the USA where it is automatically checked to establish whether you have a Facebook cookie installed. The Facebook cookie automatically identifies whether you belong to the relevant target group for us. If you belong to the target group, Facebook will display corresponding advertisements from us.
