Fabrication

Our 34,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and fabrication facility makes us uniquely qualified to meet your project requirements and was specifically designed for manufacturing kiln, mill or digester shells. This facility features state-of-the-art plate cutting and one of the world's largest plate bending rolls. Our high quality welding processes guarantee a final product fabricated to your exact specifications.

Specialized Cutting

Our specialized cutting capabilities and techniques result in high quality weld joints and straight shell sections. Our precision measuring capabilities result in the successful fabrication of your equipment.

Fabrication

Plate Rolling

Our fabrication facility includes one of the worlds largest plate bending rolls and is capable of bending 5” thick by 10’ wide steel plate. Our dual overhead cranes provide lifting capacity of up to 100 tons. These unique capabilities along with our intense focus on quality control ensure the highest quality fabrication of kiln shells and replacement parts available.

Welding

Our highly skilled, in-house welding team extensively utilizes Submerged Arc Welding to ensure the highest quality, 100% penetration welds. Our welders are qualified to AWS and ASME.

Integrated Logistics

In addition to trucking, our fabrication facility has both railroad and port access to ease the burden associated with transportation. This allows us to facilitate the most cost effective method of shipping for your project.
