A-C provides Field Labor and Equipment to accomplish highly specialized kiln shell or mill shell replacement, gear replacement and gear reversals.

All Field Repair employees at A-C Equipment are given the appropriate safety training prior to being allowed to perform any work and continue to receive training throughout the course of their career here at A-C. Training includes topics from OSHA's new hire initial training, MSHA Part 46 & 48, FIrst-Aid/CPR & AED and various forms of certified task training, such as rough terrain forklifts, mobile cranes, aerial work platforms, etc. All training certifications are kept up-to-date and are available upon customer request.

In addition to the minimum training above, all Field Engineers, Field Supervisors and Superintendents are trained in OSHA 10-hour General Industry, OSHA 30-Hour Construction, and are working toward the recently implemented Supervisor Safety Certificate.
