A-C is a major supplier of rotary kilns and digesters in North America.

From its roots in the former Allis-Chalmers Corporation, A-C Equipment Services is an employee owned company specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of new rotary kilns and digesters, as well as replacement parts for existing equipment, regardless of original manufacturer.

A-C can supply rollers, rings, gearing, bearings, and seals, in addition to kiln shell. Our construction services group can install any component with our own experienced and MSHA certified crews and provide you with ‘turnkey' responsibility.

Our technical advisors perform hot kiln alignments and ovality checks and can also advise on repair work using customer supplied labor. A-C can also provide training seminars or assist in developing plant specific maintenance programs. A-C has personnel with over 100 years of combined experience with rotary kilns.

Engineering services include custom designed replacement parts and equipment, and finite element analysis of existing kilns and mills.
